Tunny Fish with Egg Whites


Great meal, high in protein, low amount of carbohydrates and fat.

Ingredients:
3 egg whites
100g Tuna
How to prepare:
Fry the egg whites in a pan without oil, do the same with the tuna and then mix the two, ready, a meal without getting a nice long cooking.
