LEG PRESS



Position A - If your feet land on the bottom of the platform, the more work the quadriceps.
Position B - If you put your feet on top of the platform, most emphasize the glutes and hamstrings.
Position C - If you like your feet shoulder width apart, will work throughout the region of the thigh. If your feet too far emphasize more the inner quadriceps (vastus medialis), the adductor muscles and sartorius.
Position D - If you add feet on the quads external work platform (vastus lateralis) and abductors (tensor fascia lata).
